On autumn leaves
—
Walking, what I do every single day. That’s not just walking around the house, silly. I mean of course, long walks that takes 10 minutes minimum. And I really mean everyday, sun, rain, snow…no single day that I won’t walk about.
We can get a lot from walking – aside of course from not using fuel to get to where we should go, it benefits our overall well-being. You move, you sweat, it’s good for your muscles and your heart.
Brisk walking regularly is known to help lower heart problems, so next time, try walking home from the neighborhood’s grocery and see what it can benefit you.
When’s the best season you enjoy walking around? Mine would be in autumn, when the leaves give that crunchy sound as you walk on. When the smell of the earth with the cool breeze makes you want to play around all day.

Love the picture, sis! So Autumn-y!
I love walking as well; however, i fon’t get to do that on winter with our knee-level of snow. I mean, I think I can dare do it if I don’t have an infant with me.
I shall be walking a lot come summer though. Yes, it is best for my heart!
BPC hop!
I used to walk every day like you when I was younger and I know the benefits of daily exercise. It’s become difficult for me in my older years with arthritis and breathing issues, especially during winter months. I am soooo looking forward to summer when I can get out more!
